Similiar to holiday menus of the past, we will be offering a four-course tasting menu for the night of Valentine's Day. 
Regular seatings from 4:30 to 8:00 but make your reservation soon because space is limited.

We are excited to welcome Rare Wine Co. and their east coast national rep, for a night of drinking and eating our way around the Mediterranean!
Join us Thursday, February 5th at 6:00pm and taste wines from Spain, France, & Italy and perfectly paired cuisine.
 
The Rare Wine Co. is a prominent American wine merchant based in Brisbane, California, that operates as both a national importer and a retail specialist. Founded in 1989 by Mannie Berk, the company has established a reputation for sourcing and championing historic, traditionally made wines from Europe.

"It is accredited as being one of the greatest sources of old and rare wine."

$125 per person for five courses & five wines

Domaine Huet, Vouvray Pétillant Brut
About | 100% Chenin Blanc
Flavor Profile | A high-quality, lightly sparkling Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley, known for its balance of ripe fruit like apple, nectarine, honey, minerality, with fine bubbles and a dry finish despite a hint of sweetness

| 40% Treixadura, 40% Doña Blanca, 20 Verdello - Biodynamic / Grown in clay based soils
Flavor Profile | "Although it is fascinating to taste wines from these relatively obscure varieties, what shines here is the soul of Monterrei, and the deft, light-handed winemaking of a skillful and intuitve winemaker" - Aromas and flavors of honey, apple & pear, and stony minerals

| 100% Chenin Blanc - The backbone of this estate lies in its three principal vineyards, of which Clos du Bourg is believed to be the greatest of all Vouvray vineyards. It has received rave reviews and awarded an astonishing 94 points. 
Flavor Profile | Medium to full-bodied with layers of citrus, stone fruit, white flowers with a slightly salty finish

Course Three 


Coq au Vin Croquette | chicken braised in red wine, mushrooms, and pork lardons, triple breaded, flash fried

Domaine de Pallus, 'Messanges' Rouge
About | 100% Cabernet Franc - This winery focuses on organic & biodynamic viticulture in diverse terroirs (clay, limestone, & sand) with old vines. They use natural treatments, compost, and indigenous yeasts to foster healthy ecosystems 
Flavor Profile | Known for its bright red fruit like cherry & raspberry, floral notes, and slightly spicy bits with hints of herbs and pepper. It's a fresh, medium-bodied wine with soft tannins

Course Four 

Wood Grilled Vermont Beef | creamy risotto, bayley hazen blue cheese

Tommaso Bussola 'Ca' del Laito' Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso

| Tommaso Bussola is a renowned Valpolicella producer known for intense, fruit-driven wines. The estate focuses of organic practices, traditional drying techniques, and experimenting with oak. 
Flavor Profile | Rich, full-bodied, and complex, with intense, dark fruit, spice, chocolate, and earthy notes, balanced by good acidity and velvety tannins

Zabaione | egg custard, house made lady fingers, winter citrus

Elio Perrone, 'Bigaro' Sparkling Rosé
About | Moscato d'Asti & Brachetto / Known for artisanal, expressive Moscato and Barbera wines, focusing on delicate balance, low intervention, and unique vineyard sites
Flavor Profile | Lightly sparkling, semi-sweet, low alcohol wine with notes of raspberry, wild strawberry, and rose petals
